- ½ kg boneless chicken (shaped as 1 inch cubes )
- Soya sauce 2 tablespoon
- Egg large one
- two table spoon corn starch or flour
- Chopped chilies 5-6
- Chopped green onions 2 large size

- The first part of making chilli chicken is to make chicken marinate. For this marinate in bowl take soya sauce, corn flour, salt, egg and make paste then pour boneless chicken to this mixture. And let is some time to mix well.
- In a pan take vegetable oil and fry those marinate chicken pieces until their colors turns into golden .
- Now in another pan heat one table spoon oil garlic paste and green chilies and fry those with low heat. Then add 2 cups of chicken water.
- Add fried chicken to it then let it sometime to cook well.
- Spread over the remaining corn flour and add two cup water to add a gravy mood .Stir this curry constantly for 2-3 minutes.
- Now serve this hot chilli chicken curry with fried or boiled rice. Before serving add chopped coriander leaves above this recipe to make this recipes look cool.
