Dahi Vada RecipeIngredients:
1. 1 cup Split black gram skinless (dhuli urad dal)
2. Salt to taste
3. a pinch Asafoetida
4. 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
5. oil for deep fry
For serve :
1. 2 1/2 cups Yogurt,whisked and chilled
2. 1/2 teaspoon Black salt (kala namak)
3. 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
4. 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
5. 1/2 cup Sweet tamarind chutney
6. 1/4 cup chopped Fresh coriander leaves
Dahi Vada Recipe Cooking Method :
1.Soak dekaliter for 3 to four hours. Drain and grind, victimization little water, to a thick, coarse and downy batter.

6. Pour chilled dairy product over them and serve fancy with halite, red chili powder, cumin powder, sweet tamarind condiment and sliced coriander leaves.
