- 250 gms Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
- 3 Capsicum
- 4 Onion
- 4 Tomato
- 1 ” long piece Ginger
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 2 Bay Leaf
- 4 Cloves
- 1 piece Cinnamon
- Little Orange Color
- 4 tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
- Make slice of cheese, and capsicum in long pieces
- Blend tomato. Onion, ginger, salt, red chili powder with orange color
- Slice cinnamon and cloves with help of any slicer.
- Now in a pan heat butter .Then add onion , ginger ,tomato ,paste .Continue cooking with low heat until the ghee becomes liquid or separate .
- Now add paneer and capsicum pieces with this pan and heat this pan again in a low heat .
- Now after two or three minutes putt off the flame of the stove.
- Take off the fire and serve hot .
- Now the kadai paneer recipe is ready. So serve with nan roti or porota
